Chantal Lavoie,, P.eng., President & CEO, Chairman of the Board
Mr.Lavoie is a Professional Mining Engineer with extensive experience in mining operations and projects. Mr. Lavoie has spent the last eight years at De Beers Canada Inc. ("De Beers") where he was responsible for the Canadian operations of De Beers including Snap Lake and Victor mines, the Gahcho Kue project and was acting CEO of De Beers. Mr. Lavoie has also worked for Barrick Gold Corporation at Goldstrike in Nevada and Aur Resources Inc. at the former Louvicourt mine.

Robert Dufour, Interim Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dufour is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of finance and accounting experience. He started his career with the Toronto office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Later he joined Northgate Minerals Corporation as Corporate Controller and subsequently was promoted to Group Financial Controller for Northgate Australian Venture Corporation (NAVCO) until it was acquired by Crocodile Gold Corporation.

Bill Nielsen,, P. Geo., Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Nielsen is an accredited geologist with over 35 years of worldwide mineral exploration and development experience. Most recently, he has been working as a senior industry consultant to mining exploration companies working with a variety of commodities in various countries and geological environments. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Nielsen was the V.P. Exploration of Nevsun Resources Ltd., where he played a significant role in the discovery of the Bisha gold-VMS deposit in Eritrea. He has worked with the Forbes and Manhattan group since early 2010.

Colinda Parent, Vice President, Corporate Development
Colinda Parent has extensive capital markets experience having spent over 15 years in institutional equity sales and 5 years in investment banking in Toronto. Previously, Ms. Parent was one of the founders of Sandfire Securities, a Toronto-based institutional equity boutique focused on raising funds for and trading stocks in small and mid-cap Canadian-listed resource companies. She also served on the Board and Executive Committee at Sandfire. Ms. Parent is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

Brianna Davies, J.D., Corporate Secretary
Brianna Davies is a corporate securities lawyer with experience in the mining and resource sector. Since October 2007, Ms. Davies has worked as a legal consultant to several publicly traded and private companies. Previously, Ms. Davies practiced law at a major Canadian law firm. Ms. Davies holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and an Honours B.A in Economics from McMaster University.

Ian Holland , General Manager
Ian joined the Fosterville Gold Mine in 2007 and is currently the General Manager. He is a geologist by background and has a strong track record in metalliferous operations, joining Fosterville from Mount Isa Mines in Queensland where he filled a range of technical and management roles. Ian has over 15 years experience across a number of gold and base metal mining operations throughout Australia. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Minerals Geoscience from James Cook University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute. Ian is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Troy Cole joined Crocodile Gold Corporation in 2008 through process of Stawell Gold Mines acquisition. Troy has been Stawell Gold Mines General Manager since 2007 with director, mine management and engineering responsibilities during his tenure. Troy’s career spans 19 years of mine operations experience across a number of resource commodities including gold, nickel, uranium and copper and holds a bachelor of Mine Engineering degree through Ballarat University, Victoria, Australia

Peter Crooks, General Manager
Peter Crooks is a Mining Engineer with 25 years industry experience, 15 of which are in operational based leadership roles. Having started in the industry as an underground miner, and completing his degree concurrently, he has been involved at pre-feasibility, feasibility, construction, and the operations phase of both greenfields and brownfields projects. Peter has worked for WMC Resources, Rio Tinto, and various other client and underground contracting companies. His Mining Engineering degree is complemented with experience in the risk management and health & safety fields. Having lived and worked in Australia, Canada, Mongolia, and West Africa, Peter has an extensive understanding of operating in challenging environments with diverse cultures. This experience brings a pragmatic approach while maintaining a systematic compliance based philosophy.
